This year so far we have had fantastic results on 
The "Essence of Management" programme with Andrew 
Catering Manager from Eurest getting his project 
to update the food service accepted. John, 
Production Manager at Excel Publishing has had his 
data storage problem solved.

We hear the guy's at Mears Carpets are really 
putting the course into practice.

This year has also seen a wider variety of 
projects being taken on. We have won contracts 
with P & O and Clear Channel Entertainment. 

P & O needed a lively programme to help Senior 
Management look at future progression planning and 
skill development.

Clear Channel Entertainment want to widen 
management skills in each of their Theatres and 
Entertainment Venues through the UK.

We have also been successful in turning a Company 
around through culture change and developing a 
different approach to leading their business.
Investors in People assessments have been 
constant this year, as well as assisting 
Eurest-Kelloggs take there three sites through IIP 
accreditation.

We are looking forward to our visit to Lisbon in 
November with Trac '03. Last years event run by 
Roger Black Events gave us outstanding 
opportunities and won us several major contracts.

New programmes are coming on line in '04 with 
"Essence 2" being created as we speak.
